Maintenance Electrician
The role involves:
* All Aspects of maintenance covering Electrical, Plumbing, plus all various trades required to maintain the running of the hotel and licenced properties as required working as part of a small team of maintenance engineers.
The salary for this role is £35,535
The successful candidate will be:
* Qualified time served Electrician
* Proven experience within a maintenance environment (minimum 3 years desirable five years) Ideally within the hospitality service sector.
* Good I.T. Skills
* Good communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines
* Ability to deal with other contractors or maintenance staff and various Heads of Departments
* Resourceful and self-motivated
* Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
* Required to work a weekend every 4 weeks.
* For insurance purposes the candidate must be over 25 and have a full UK driving licence
