Sales Manager – High Speed Doors UK Wide
An established market leader in the manufacturer of industrial doors and equipment is looking for a driven and commercially focused Sales Manager to join their UK sales team. With a strong presence across Europe, they offer end-to-end solutions, including installation, modernisation and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance for their clients.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the role will focus on securing new sales of High Speed Doors, working with developers, architects, and contractors within the logistics, warehousing and industrial sectors. You will take ownership of the product, developing the sales and go-to-market strategy, and drive revenue for the division.
Conduct site surveys and attend pre-contract/design meetings.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
Utilise knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycles to influence specification and drive conversion.
Proven track record in B2B field sales, focusing on the High Speed door sector
Strong network of contractors, developers, and architects in the construction of logistics parks or industrial units.
Resilient and persistent – experienced with long sales cycles and project-based work.
Comprehensive training and development, including hand-on product training in Europe
Location & Travel
This is a field-based role operating on a national basis. Regular travel to client sites is essential. Occasional international travel may be required.
