Branch Manager We are looking for a Branch Manager to inspire the next generation of consultants, resourcers and administrators. We are into our 16th year of trading and have built up a reputation with hundreds of schools. We are regarded as one of the most established names in Education Recruitment industry at present. More importantly, we value my people and it is imperative they are looked after. As a Branch Manager, we are looking for someone who can grow with the brand, develop people, customer service skills, forecast and someone who understands HR as the person might have to advise staff when needed. The company is at a level where it is vital we don’t plateau or become stagnant within the market hence why we are seeking a forward thinking person to develop the business and grow the brand with fresh ideas. We have a 3 year plan in place to open up other branches and potentially offer shares to the senior members of staff but before we get to that point, We must ensure to maintain the growth pattern of the company.
