A B2B financial services provider is seeking an Event Coordinator to assist the marketing team with the implementation of both in-person and digital events. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a marketing or junior events professional with 1-2 years of experience looking to specialise in events.
Responsibilities:
* Working with events team and assist in the execution of a tactical annual events plan.
* Support both hosted and sponsored event marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with the Events Director to create detailed project plans covering all stages from concept through to planning, delivery, and post-event reporting and analysis.
* Assist with venue research, on-site branding, audio/visual setup, catering arrangements, registration, and post-event reporting.
* Work closely with the internal creative team by providing comprehensive event briefs for identity, design, and production of event collateral.
* Assist in drafting outreach materials (invitations, website copy, social media posts) and support the creation of pre- and post-event digital assets.
* Manage the tracking of event branded items, including but not limited to collateral and giveaways.
Requirements:
* Circa-1-2 years of B2B event marketing experience (either in-house or agency) is essential.
* Financial services experience would be desired but any corporate background would be considered.
* Strong copywriting skills.
* Background in marketing would help.
* A history of effective interactions with diverse stakeholders is required.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with Marketing Automation, event registration software (Cvent preferable), Canva, webinar software.
* UK experience is essential.

Salary: £30-35,000
