Senior Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer
£50,000 - £60,000 + Overtime + Bonus (OTE £65k+)
Frimley within 50-mile radius.
This is a key position within the business, ideal for an experienced engineer looking to step into a more senior role with added responsibility, influence, and long-term progression.
The Role
* Serve as the on‑site engineer handling complex faults, supporting junior engineers, and ensuring high standards across service and maintenance work.
* Service, maintain and fault‑find on commercial refrigeration & AC systems.
* Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
* Support and mentor junior engineers.
* Assist with commissioning and system optimisation.
* Work independently across customer sites.
* Participate in a 1‑in‑7 call‑out rota.
* Use Simpro system for job management and reporting.
What They're Looking For
* F‑Gas Category 1 certification.
* Strong background in commercial refrigeration & air conditioning.
* Proven experience handling complex faults and large systems.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.
* Ability to lead by example and support junior engineers.
* Based in or around Hampshire.
Desirable (Not Essential)
* CO₂ experience.
* Commissioning experience.
* Experience with Dixell XWeb / monitoring systems.
* Previous mentoring or supervisory experience.
