The Integrated Suffolk Sexual Health Service gives a chance to work in a team environment, delivering a high standard of evidence based integrated sexual health practice. Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with service users and all health care staff. Please note we have vacancies across the Suffolk region including Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich and Lowestoft The post combines front of house roles, such as meeting and greeting and client registration, support tasks, such as stock organisation and clinic set up and close down, and back of house clinical support including assisting with clinical procedures and acting as a chaperone. Clinical tasks and delivery of health promotion/ information sessions in various clinical and non-clinical environments. The post involves the use of the electronic record system, assisting with specimen preparation, set up and cleaning of equipment and checking clinical areas and equipment in line with Health and Safety and infection prevention policies. The post holder will be supported by both a first line manager and an allocated clinical supervisor to ensure the provision of adequate training for additional development and appropriate delegated clinical intervention. The post holder will be required to participate in a rota to cover the Saturday sessions as part of contracted role. Provide is a Community Interest Company (social enterprise).
