Groundworker – Finishing Works (Housing Site)Location: Leyland

Requirements: CSCS essential, Dumper ticket desirable, own hand tools desirable.
Your newpanyYou’ll be joining a well‑established contractor delivering high‑quality finishing works on a busy housing development. The team is known for maintaining strong site standards, clearmunication, and a supportive working environment.
Your new roleYou will be carrying out a range of finishing groundworks tasks including:
1. Paving
2. Kerbing
3. Stoning up
4. Flagging
5. General finishing duties as required
You’ll be working alongside site management to ensure plots arepleted to a high standard and ready for handover.
What you’ll need to succeed
6. Valid CSCS card
7. Strong experience in finishing works on housing sites
8. Dumper ticket – desirable but not essential
9. Own hand tools – desirable
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. Good attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
