We’re looking for a skilled Service Manager to join our team at our site and build a long-term career with us.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive LBDM to grow Fleet and Local Business opportunities. You will build strong customer relationships, deliver tailored vehicle solutions and achieve Fleet sales targets in line with KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven Fleet or automotive sales success
2. Strong business development and CRM skills
3. Excellent communication and organisation

· Customer-focused and target-driven

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

4. Good Maths and English (minimum standard)

Desirable: Fleet/LCV experience or NVQ Level 2+ in Customer Service/Retail.
