Grafton Medical Partners are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Salaried General Practitioner (Salaried GP) to join our practice based in Tooting, South London.

At Grafton Medical Partners, our doctors are supported by a number of ARRS roles including Care Co‑ordinators, Pharmacists, FCPs, Paramedics and a Social Prescriber.
Job responsibilities
* Provide High-Quality Primary Care: Conduct face‑to‑face and telephone consultations, manage acute and chronic conditions, and deliver high standards of patient‑centred care.
* Assess, Diagnose, And Manage Patients Independently: Make autonomous clinical decisions, prescribe safely, and make referrals to appropriate services when required.
* Maintain Safe and Effective Clinical Practice: Complete clinical correspondence and records accurately, and work in line with our policies and the GMC Code of Practice.
* Work Collaboratively: Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated patient care.
* Contribute to Practice Development: Support QOF achievement, participate and improve practice initiatives, and maintain ongoing professional learning and development.
Person Specification
Experience
* Experience as a General Practitioner or in a similar primary care role.
* Experience with EMIS in a clinical environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in patient care across various settings such as nursing homes, senior care facilities, hospice environments, and home care services.
