The kitchen runs a pre-developed, centralised menu, your role is to deliver it with precision, consistency, and confidence. No creative input required just strong execution, team leadership, and a guest-facing mindset.
The project sits within a well-established international brand, offering all the support, systems, and progression pathways that come with a global operation. While the site is independently managed, it benefits from structured backing and long-term career potential across the wider group.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* Grill or fire cooking experience in premium, high-volume or boutique kitchens
* A proven ability to lead and organise small teams
* Calm, polished, and professional demeanour, especially in guest-facing settings
* High standards of hygiene, prep discipline, and stock management
* A genuine passion for delivering food with consistency and care
