Job Title: Early Careers Recruitment Advisor
Location : Leeds
Ten10 is a rapidly growing Technology company, comprising 2 offices in London and Leeds and a collective workforce of over 450 people. Well-known for our successful Tech Academy, we are currently looking for an organised, compassionate and commercially savvy professional to join the Graduate Academy Talent team in either our Leeds City Centre or London Bridge office to support in recruitment and talent management.
You will support and own recruitment activities for Ten10 Academy and wider early careers roles.
An ideal role for someone just embarking on their recruitment career; this role presents great opportunities for professional growth within our expanding Academy team.
Role responsibilities:
Owning recruitment activities throughout lifecycle, including: CV reviews, telephone/video interviews, assessment centres, candidate preparation calls, offers and rejections

Consistently ensuring a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process

Ensuring that Digital records of candidate results are kept throughout the interview process via Ten10s ATS system

Involvement in planning and running Academy-related events, such as University Graduate Fairs, workshops and networking meets

Ad hoc administration tasks

Working with members of the Academy to forge and maintain strong, professional relationships built on trust and understanding. This may include travelling to various client locations for face-to-face meetings with members of the Academy

Build and maintain relationships with University careers centres, Digital bootcamps and Social Mobility organisations

Creation/adaptation of recruitment materials; inc. job advertisements, E-shots, targeted campaigns to specific demographics

Creation, adaptation and maintenance of candidate-focused correspondence

Content creation for social media with the aim of promoting the Academy/engaging potential candidates

Candidate Requirements:
Experience in successfully completing an array of office-based administrative tasks

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably early-careers/graduate-focused

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong verbal/written communicator

Experience or previous involvement in tailoring Contracts of Employment desirable

Experience of providing wellbeing/HR support in a professional environment desirable

Proven experience in using various social media platforms within a professional capacity

Fluency in Microsoft Office applications - specifically Word and Excel

Fluency in Google Drive - desirable

Supporting information:
Ten10 welcomes a number of Academies per annum, with each cohort consisting of approximately 25 people hailing from varied academic backgrounds; they begin with 5 weeks of classroom-based core training and then have the opportunity to complete additional training courses before moving to a client engagement to gain hands-on experience.
We recommend familiarising yourself with the Academy to fully understand the programme you would be supporting.
