A little bit about the role?
* Lead, manage and motivate a Team Sales Executives to achieve/exceed sales targets
* Alongside the General Sales Manager, plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns to ensure KPIs and Sales targets are met.
* Monitor and manage stock.
* Lead Management, increasing CRM and defining sales processes
* Ensure the proper and accurate use of all business systems throughout the team.
* Maintain your own product knowledge and show an awareness of competitor activity.
What you will bring:
* A proven track record of Sales Team Management experience within a similar brand
* In-depth knowledge of the used car market and stock management.
* Result and Target driven
* The ability to communicate with key stakeholders and build long lasting relationships.
* The ability to guide, coach and motivate your team on a daily basis
