Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
Responsibilities
* A Customer liaison to understand requirements
* Coordinate repair work and general workshop activities
* Inspecting completed jobs
* Supervising a service administrator, a workshop supervisor, and workshop technicians
The Service Manager Candidate
* Experience working on complex machinery
* Management/supervisory experience or experienced technician looking to progress
* Ex:forces are encouraged; candidates can be from any industry
Requirements
This role will be based at the company’s Tadcaster depot, overseeing aftersales service support. It is largely office based, responsible for understanding customer requests and coordinating the service team to ensure work is carried out effectively and to a high quality.
