Location: Cardiff St Mellons (Office Based) Hybrid available based on performance.
Office Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:45‑4:45 pm, Friday 8:45‑3:30 pm

Role Purpose
This office‑based role requires an enthusiastic and motivated person with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. The Coordinator will contact and process learners into the iEnrol system, gather evidence and liaise with PDMs to book initial guidance primarily within the Health & Social Care marketplace. Confidence in product knowledge and the ability to ask relevant questions are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver agreed KPIs by maximising all sales opportunities
* Achieve and exceed targets set by the Head of Sales
* Understand key product knowledge and concepts
* Provide accurate KPI information on a daily basis
* Maintain and develop databases to maximise sales potential and opportunities
* Regularly liaise with the Head of Sales, Team Leaders and Business Development Director to ensure objectives, expectations and priorities are met
* Frequently inform and present to the team on activities and developments
