As Operations Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring our services deliver exceptional outcomes — supporting families out of fuel poverty while achieving financial, contractual, and cultural goals. You will lead and develop a motivated, high-performing team, embedding a performance-driven culture where our values are lived and experienced every day.
In this role, you will:
* Drive performance and outcomes, ensuring delivery is consistent, effective, and at scale
* Lead teams through transformation, maintaining focus, pace, and engagement
* Strengthen governance and quality assurance to safeguard delivery
* Identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and impact
* Build strong and collaborative relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders
