Person Specification
1. Experience managing complex criminal cases.
2. Desirable: Police Station Accredited.
3. Desirable: Duty Solicitor qualified, or willingness to undertake the Magistrates Court Qualification within the first months.
4. Highly dynamic with a drive to generate work for the firm.
5. Self-motivated, commercially minded, and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Proactive in managing and progressing files with consistent attention to detail.
7. Able to thrive in a high-pressure, high-workload environment.
8. Strong understanding of client care and commitment to Criminal Law.
9. Confident, resilient, and able to develop productive relationships with third parties, including court staff, counsel, and the CPS.
10. Excellent time management, organisational skills, and flexibility to support all teams with a “can-do” attitude.
