We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing care and assistance to vulnerable individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature and a strong desire to help others.
Responsibilities
* Provide support and assistance to individuals with various care needs this can be mental health or learning disability.
* Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
* Implement behaviour management strategies when necessary.
* Administer medication following proper protocols.
* Offer patient care in a supported living environment with 3-4 other service users
The ideal candidate should be willing to work dayshifts, sleep shifts and the occasional night shift should the service require this.
This role is initially for a 3-6 month contracted period, with the view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.
We do not offer sponsorship, and you must have the right to work full time (33+ hours per week)
