Plumbing Maintenance Engineer, Northampton
We're seeking a Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to join our EKFB team based in Rushden. Please note that remote working is not applicable due to the mobile nature of the role, which requires travel across EKFB sites.
Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with some flexibility available. Please discuss your preferences during the interview.
Responsibilities include:
* Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
* Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues across commercial sites
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
* Participating in an on-call rota for out-of-hours emergency repairs
* Providing excellent customer service and efficient solutions
* Carrying out weekly and monthly preventative maintenance tasks such as fire alarm testing, emergency light testing, and building fabric maintenance
Requirements:
* Valid UK driving license
* Ability to pass (or hold) an enhanced DBS check for work on sensitive or secure sites
* Plumbing qualifications at Level 2/3 NVQ and G3 ticket
