Description
* Maintain our ISO9001 Management System and lead the update to ISO14001, coordinating across all departments
* Identify and implement processes to meet client requirements and expectations
* Drive continuous improvement and develop corrective actions for non-conformities
* Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits of our management systems
* Lead validation of new products to ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
* Address customer complaints and requests in coordination with After Sales
* Manage supplier homologations, audits, and monitoring
* Respond to public administration requests regarding environmental aspects
* Lead and develop a team of quality professionals
* Participate in setting departmental objectives and monitor results
* Represent the company with external stakeholders including auditors, suppliers, clients, and public administration
Profile
As the Quality & Environment Manager you will be able to demonstrate
* Ideally Degree qualified or equivalent in an engineering discipline
* Demonstrable Quality Management experience gained in a manufacturing environment
* Expert knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO14001 standards
* Strong understanding of quality and environmental management systems
* Supplier Quality
* Team leadership and people development skills
