You'll be leading and managing complex projects and change initiatives across the Council, using your skills and experience in project management and business analysis. You'll have expert knowledge of improvement methodologies, systems, policies and regulations, and you'll know how to apply them in a local government setting.
You'll be a great communicator and collaborator, able to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders, act as a subject matter expert, and mentor and support other project team members. In addition, you'll be adaptable, able to see the big picture and to cope with conflicting and changing demands, all while ensuring project outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and to the required standards.
