Key Responsibilities
* Key Person Duties: Act as a Key Person for a group of children, building strong relationships with families.
* Planning & Delivery: Design and implement age-appropriate activities that challenge and inspire.
* Assessment: Complete high-quality observations and maintain up-to-date learning journals.
* Safety & Care: Ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and physical care are maintained.
* Mentorship: Support and model best practices for Nursery Assistants and Trainees.
