Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kidderminster for a Wills & Probate Legal Secretary/Paralegal. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing legal documents, assisting solicitors, performing clerical tasks, and managing diaries. Daily responsibilities include handling client communications, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes related to wills and probate cases.

* Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Clerical Skills
* Proficiency in Diary Management
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office setting
* Prior experience in a legal firm, especially in wills and probate, is advantageous
