Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a District Nurse to join an established company based in Surrey on a permanent basis. Are you seeking career development in a clinically led organisation, at the forefront of the revolution of community nursing?
We are seeking a highly motivated District Nurse with the aptitude, motivation, and leadership skills to drive local changes and integration within community nursing. As a named District Nurse for a GP practice, accountable for a caseload of patients, you will operationally manage and lead a team to ensure effective, efficient, safe, and high-quality nursing care for patients and carers.
Pay: £48,270+ per annum - dependent on experience
Location: Community-based, across Guildford and Waverley.
Shifts Available: Monday to Sunday | shifts between 8 am and 8 pm
Required:
* Driving License: to be able to travel to patients' homes frequently throughout the day across the locality and across Guildford and Waverley.
* Band 7 Experience
* NMC Registered: Registered L1 Nurse
* Experience within a similar role
