1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – KS2 – Colchester
Are you a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking to make a real difference? We are currently seeking a committed 1:1 LSA to support a KS2 pupil in a welcoming primary school in Colchester.
The Role:
* Provide 1:1 support to a KS2 pupil
* Support learning, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
* Adapt resources and approaches to meet individual needs
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children in KS2
* Previous 1:1 or SEND support experience (desirable)
* Patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
