Job Title: Reception Trainer Assessor - Hospitality and Salon Studies Full Time, Fixed Term Contract About The Role In this rewarding position, you’ll train and assess learners across both college and industry environments, ensuring they receive high-quality teaching, guidance, and support. You will oversee the standard of practical work, lead on curriculum delivery, and help maintain an outstanding learning experience for all students. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment across Hairdressing and/or Beauty Therapy programmes. Oversee and take responsibility for the quality of learner work and curriculum provision. Monitor and assess students working on Hairdressing/Beauty Therapy reception. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with college and awarding body requirements. Attend programme meetings and contribute to curriculum development. Complete all necessary awarding body documentation and ensure compliance with procedures. Support the promotion and marketing of programmes within the centre. Commit to ongoing professional development within your specialist area. Promote and uphold the College’s Safeguarding, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Safety, and core values. Undertake any other duties required by the College.
