Role Overview They are looking for Multi-Skilled Engineers to join their growing team. Competitive salary (£40,000-£49,000) shift allowance Life Assurance Employer-matched pension scheme Health cash plan & access to an online GP Employee assistance programme Cycle to work scheme Discounts on gyms, retail and more Great opportunities for training, progression and internal mobility Key Responsibilities Conduct day-to-day maintenance and improvement of plant, assets, and services Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and identify areas for process improvement Promptly diagnose and repair equipment faults Uphold food safety and health & safety standards Collaborate across departments to support production and efficiency goals Maintain accurate shift metrics and ensure effective stock control Use CMMS effectively for maintenance records and reporting Actively contribute to shift performance and team dynamics Ensure buildings, plant, and equipment are safe in design and operation Requirements Level 3 NVQ in Engineering (or equivalent) Strong Electrical or Mechanical knowledge Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Collaborative and team-focused mindset IT literate and experienced with CMMS systems Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Apply here INDOTHER
