Responsibilities
* Lead our Business Development and Community Engagement team for our Scout Adventures outdoor activity centres.
* Mentor, influence, and lead our team of customer services officers to deliver an exceptional customer experience, as well as the development and delivery of our marketing and retention strategy to achieve our sales targets.
* Be prepared to meet with Scouts, school and other customer groups; this role may require travel and occasional evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Details
Salary: £34,000 – £38,000
Pension: A contributory pension scheme is available. Contribution rates are 7% of salary from the employer and a minimum of 5% from the employee.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week. Occasional flexible and weekend working is a requirement of this role.
Location: Scouts Scotland HQ, Dunfermline, Fife – with the flexibility to work using a hybrid approach by agreement with your line manager
