The Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you'll be a key part of the kitchen team, bringing dishes to life with creativity and skill. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the menu, setting the club apart in the Golf and Leisure market by delivering high-quality food that keeps customers coming back time and time again.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to the established menu and quality standards.
* Work closely with the Head chef and culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations.
* Contribute to menu planning and the development of new dishes.
* Support and train other kitchen staff as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Ensure all dishes are served in a timely manner.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
* Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
* Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Allergen and intolerance knowledge.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
