This hands-on, varied role involves working with a diverse range of stakeholders, from board members to site operatives. The position offers a hybrid working model, requiring an average of 2 days per week in the office, with site visits counting as office days. A 4-day workweek is also possible.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Providing prompt, effective, pragmatic, and accurate legal advice on all aspects of litigation involving property and utilities to mitigate financial and legal risks.
2. Advising the business on issues such as overbuilds, rights of access, property damage claims, breaches of property claims, breaches of property agreements, and injunctions.
3. Drafting and responding to letters before action.
4. Handling complaints, debt claims, customer service issues, and trespass notices.
