Neo Property Solutions Limited is a recognised specialist in the provision of technically challenging passive fire protection solutions.

Our services include Fire Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Door Surveys, Fire Stopping and Fire Compartmentation Works, executed as part of a rolling programme of annual inspection and/or rectification works required across multi-occupancy housing, buildings of public amenity, healthcare facilities, education establishments, student accommodation blocks and security sensitive office buildings and workplaces.


Key Account Manager – Pure Power (Part of the Premier Technical Services Group)

This role focuses on managing key client relationships, supporting sales growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery. It involves handling client enquiries, preparing quotations, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The position also includes procurement responsibilities, managing parts sourcing, supplier relationships, and inventory to support operational efficiency.


What you’ll be doing:

* Manage key client relationships as main point of contact

* Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions

* Drive sales through enquiries, quotations, tender support, and upselling

* Prepare and manage quotations, ensuring technical, safety, and cost compliance

* Collaborate with Engineering and Planning to assess labour and project costs

* Support new business by following up on quotations

* Conduct client reviews, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues

* Monitor performance and maintain accurate CRM/ERP records


What we’re looking for:

* Professional, positive attitude with strong motivation and teamwork skills

* Experience in estimating and interpreting drawings, specifications, and reports

* Mechanical or electrical background preferred; industry knowledge advantageous

* Strong communication skills with ability to build client relationships and influence

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy

* Data-driven with ability to identify issues and prioritise effectively

* Customer-focused with a courteous and attentive approach

* High accuracy in data entry and inventory management

* Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain processes

* Willingness to travel to sites as required

About Us

Pure Power is a dynamic and growing business in the PTSG Fire Solutions Division that was acquired by the Group in October 2020. Pure Power are specialist contractors to the Fire suppression industry.

Fire suppression systems extinguish fire by the immediate release of a suppression agent. Each of these systems have a pump room to deliver the suppressant. Pure Power service and maintain the pump rooms, ensuring both power supplies and pumping equipment function as they should when required.
