Clinical Lead Physiotherapist – SWL Perinatal Pelvic Health Service
Lead clinical delivery and strategic development of the South West London Perinatal Pelvic Health Service across four NHS trusts. Collaborate with Pelvic Health Physiotherapy leads, consultants, midwifery and integrated care partners to provide evidence‑based specialist care for women from pregnancy to 12 months postnatal.
Responsibilities
* Clinically lead the delivery and development of the PPHS service, planning, implementing and monitoring strategic delivery.
* Develop and maintain a specialised quality screening, diagnostic and management service, ensuring timely referral to appropriate services.
* Provide expert assessment and physiotherapy intervention for complex pelvic health presentations.
* Offer expert opinion, advice and guidance to multidisciplinary teams, both regionally and nationally.
* Collaborate with the SWL Integrated Care Board, NHS England, and NHS Trust therapy service managers.
Qualifications
* Band 8a NHS band, full time, fixed term – 2 years.
* Recognised specialist or specialist advanced perinatal/obstetric physiotherapy skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to influence multidisciplinary teams.
