Morgan and Bond LTD are a busy building company carrying out planned and responsive repairs on social housing properties around the Midlands, We are currently recruiting for admin support within our busy office in Burntwood.
General day to day duties will include: answering the phone dealing with issues or forwarding to the relevant people, booking appointments with customers, updating our in-house systems and ordering materials.
Experience and Knowledge
* Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
* Strong understanding of customer service principles
* Extensive experience working with social housing clients.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with good IT skills
Skills and Abilities
* Capable of working effectively within a team environment
* Able to work independently and take initiative
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Proactive and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
