iCareiMove is a Falmouth-based company committed to improving the health and well-being of Cornish residents, particularly focusing on falls prevention among the elderly. The Move More programme, which is fully funded by Cornwall Council, and Public Health for the next 3 –5 years, offers a progressive and engaging course to enhance balance, strength, and overall quality of life.

Naturally curious about data? We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team, working with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Charity Log.

You'll have a keen eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring data accuracy to support impactful data analysis. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our CRM system, enabling our team to deliver exceptional customer relationship management and drive organisational success.

You will play a pivotal role in telling the story of the impact of our programme and individual progress, for our participants across Cornwall, by accurately capturing and managing data related to their improved mobility.

Role and Responsibilities:

As our Data Entry Specialist, you will be working 9am-3pm Monday – Friday. Reporting to the Director of Health and collaborating with the operations team daily, your primary focus will be on talking with our participants to onboard them onto our programme, entry their data into our CRM system and managing data for reports..

* Telephone Onboarding: Taking personal details from our course participants and entering into the CRM
* Accurate Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain data in the Charity Log CRM system with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
* Data Quality Assurance: Review and verify data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, identifying and correcting discrepancies as needed.
* Storytelling Through Data: Capture and organise data that reflects the progress of older individuals in Cornwall, contributing to meaningful insights about their improved mobility.
* Data Exploration: Proactively explore data trends and patterns to support the team's analytical needs and contribute to informed decision-making.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure data entered aligns with reporting and analytical requirements.
* Running Reports: Represent the business as Charity Log Champion to ensure that ongoing efficiencies and improvements to drive success.
* System Maintenance: Assist in organising and categorizing data within Charity Log to optimise system functionality and accessibility.
* Compliance and Confidentiality: Adhere to data protection policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and enhance data quality within the CRM system.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Skills:

* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Curiosity and enthusiasm for working with data and identifying insights.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems (experience with Charity Log is a plus but not essential).
* Basic understanding of data analysis principles is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members.
* Great telephone manner to connect with our older participants
* Sensitivity and interest in working with data related to older people and their mobility improvements.
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
* Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, patience on calls are all attributes required along with a passion to support older people. As well as being eager to stay at the forefront of data entry and CRM system management.

Work Arrangement:

* Hybrid Role: The role offers a hybrid working model, working from Head Office in Falmouth 4 days per week and an optional 1 day working from home (after probation period)
* Schedule: Part of a small, supportive team with a weekly pattern of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
* Location: Based in Falmouth Cornwall, with a focus on supporting local communities.
* A strong passion for people centric outcomes and a desire to make a difference in the industry.
* This is a fixed term contract expected to continue until 27 June 2027
* Confident communicator, able to work with people via telephone, emails and groups at all levels.
* A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.

* Salary of £23,000 to £25,000 FTE (pro rata for 30hrs per week £18,400 to £20,000)
