You come from a background of selling tech into the rail industry. So, you already understand the people & the sector, the relationships, the gatekeepers, the long sales cycles, and how to make momentum stick.
Ideally, you’ve done that on a global scale. Whether it’s the US, Japan, Saudi, or further afield, you’ll understand how to navigate those markets & build something sustainable.
The product is technical, but you don’t need to be an engineer. What matters is your curiosity. Your ability to ask the right questions, get under the surface, and translate it into conversations that make sense for both customers and internal teams.

You’ll be rewarded with a salary of £80–110k, company vehicle, Bupa, and a performance bonus.
The business is based in Leicestershire, and while there’s value in showing your face at the office now and then, you’ll spend a lot of time with customers. Out in the field, here and abroad.
