Atomized Studios are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Creative Lead to oversee the development and execution of integrated campaigns across digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on video and content production. About the Role: This role is ideal for a creative visionary who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and client leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creative development and strategic planning of integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment across digital platforms with a focus on video and content. Serve as the senior creative and account lead, working directly with clients to drive both creative excellence and commercial growth. Develop and present compelling creative responses to briefs, supporting new business efforts through strategic insight and storytelling. Collaborate with internal teams across the wider Freuds group to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution. Manage relationships with external partners, including producers and freelance specialists, ensuring creative alignment and high-quality delivery. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in leading integrated campaigns, particularly in digital and video content. At least 5 - 7 years in a similar role within an agency or production company. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and drive strategic conversations. Exceptional storytelling and presentation abilities. Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and managing external creative partners. A strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and innovation. The role will be a hybrid of working in the office and home on a 3/2 policy. Contract rate is negotiable depending on experience.
