Overview
Customer Service, Personal Banker (6 months) role at NatWest. This position is based in the United Kingdom and requires working in the UK. The role is a six-month fixed-term arrangement in Herne Bay and Canterbury, with training and development opportunities including a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking.
Responsibilities
* You’ll be integral in guiding and supporting our valued branch customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals
* Proactively find ways to continually enhance our customer banking experience
* Complete general banking requests such as payments, balance inquiries and transfers
* Help customers understand different ways they can bank with us and the range of services we offer
* Identify opportunities to help customers with simple financial products, and collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience

* A passion for customer service and strong attention to detail
* Ability to thrive under pressure and a commitment to continuously improve service while meeting personal and branch goals
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
* Willingness to develop new skills and responsibilities

Your working pattern: Flexible hours within branch opening times (8:30am–4:30pm), Monday to Friday with rotational Saturdays and some bank holidays.
