Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and personable Office Manager / Front of House / PA to be the heart of our organisation. This role combines office management, personal assistant support, and front-of-house responsibilities, ensuring the office runs smoothly while delivering a first-class experience to visitors, staff, and clients. You will be the first point of contact for the business and a trusted support to leadership, playing a key role in keeping operations efficient, professional, and welcoming. Key Responsibilities Front of House Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and contractors Greet guests in a warm, professional manner and manage visitor sign-in Manage all incoming calls and enquiries Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and office environment Office Management General upkeep of meeting rooms plus full ownership and accountability for room set-ups. Management of room status in meeting rooms at all times, ensuring the room is ready prior to the next booking. Coordinate meeting rooms, facilities, and office resources Ordering & Distributing food across the business into offices and the factories Order and manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment Management of staff incentives and small event organising, for example, charity fundraising, coffee mornings, organising gifts and special occasion recognition. Liaise with building management, suppliers, and service providers Ensure health & safety, compliance, and office procedures are followed PA / Executive Support Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Assist with projects, reporting, and business administration Administration & Coordination Maintain accurate records, filing systems Assist with event planning, meetings, newsletters and internal communications Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in office management, PA, or administrative roles Resilience Ability to remain calm under pressure Independent, proactive and self-managing Excellent organisational and time-management skills Professional, friendly, and confident communication style High attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems) Discretion and professionalism with sensitive information Personal Attributes You must be organised You need the ability to think on your feet and use initiative Polished and welcoming demeanour Calm under pressure Reliable and highly organised Approachable, positive, and solution-focused Strong sense of ownership and pride in the workplace Remote working is not available as this is a face-to-face role and the successful candidate must be on site and able to commit to full time and commute to and from our office based in Huthwaite.
