Position: Administrative Assistant
Salary: 15 per hour (depending on experience)
My client is seeking an experienced administrator to support three Senior Members of staff with their busy workload.
Administration duties:
1. Answer and direct phone calls
2. Some diary management
3. Update and maintain office policies and procedures
4. Scanning
5. Maintenance of current filing system
6. New and existing client engagement - Add to inhouse system, prepare and send client engagement letters, run AML checks, request and store client ID, request client codes from HMRC
Requirements and skills:
1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
3. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners
4. Proficiency in MS Office
5. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
6. Attention to detail
7. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
Desirable but not essential:
Prior exposure/knowledge of Tax Calc, Smart Vault, Smart Search, Credit Safe and Inform Direct. Training will be provided throughout.
