Brockenhurst College is seeking an experienced teaching professional to join our team as the Curriculum Leader for Maritime, Marine & Construction.
As Curriculum Leader, you will provide leadership to the area, working closely with staff to drive innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement. You will take the lead in all aspects of teaching, learning, and assessment, ensuring high levels of quality and student satisfaction, excellent outcomes, and strong progression. You will also play a key role in staff development and maintaining high standards of quality assurance.

This is a full-time role; however, applications for substantial part-time work will be considered. In return, you will receive a salary of £45,014 - £47,550 per annum (pro-rata if part-time).
