Salary & Benefits

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation, overseeing engineering operations across multiple sites throughout Scotland.

With continued growth and investment, they are now looking for an Engineering Manager to drive performance, compliance, and development across their engineering and maintenance teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams across several operational sites, ensuring the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement projects. You will work closely with senior management to implement strategic engineering initiatives and support the rollout of best practices across all locations. Regular travel between sites will be required.
This role would therefore suit an experienced Engineering or Maintenance Manager with a background in industrial, manufacturing, or processing environments, who is looking for a challenging and rewarding leadership position within a well-established organisation.
The Role
* Overseeing engineering and maintenance activities across multiple sites in Scotland
* Leading and developing site-based engineering teams
* Driving asset reliability, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Managing budgets, compliance, and planned maintenance programmes
* Supporting capital projects and operational excellence programmes
* Regular travel between Scottish sites required
The Person
* Proven experience in an Engineering or Maintenance Management role
* Strong leadership and people development skills
* Background in manufacturing, processing, or industrial environments
* Able to travel regularly across Scotland (mainly Glasgow & Aberdeen)
* Full UK driving licence
