Responsibilities
* Provide guest service excellence by anticipating and addressing guest needs and requests.
* Process operational requests, respond to guest inquiries, and complete necessary reports.
* Share information about local attractions and assist guests with luggage handling and transport to/from rooms or designated areas.
* Move confidently throughout the workspace, including standing, walking, and traversing areas with varying accessibility.
* Ensure safety, follow company policies and procedures, maintain quality standards, and present a professional appearance and communication at all times.
* Support the guest experience to ensure transactions feel positive and align with hotel service standards.
Qualifications
* Education: Secondary education or GED equivalent.
* Experience: No prior related experience required.
* Supervisor experience: Not required.
Physical and Other Requirements
* Must be able to move, lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance; may be required to reach, bend, twist, or squat.
* Capable of standing and walking for extended periods; able to navigate stairs and service ramps as needed.
