What’s the role?
We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a modern, independent estate agency operating in the Bournemouth area or Dorset. This is a full-time role for someone who enjoys being front and centre — speaking to clients, negotiating deals and keeping sales moving through to completion.
You’ll manage viewings, negotiate offers, progress sales and maintain strong communication with vendors and buyers. You’ll also support instructions and work closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth, professional sales process.
