We are seeking an experienced Composite Inspector to join one of our prestigious Formula One clients on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision across composite components used in high-performance motorsport applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect composite components to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
* Perform dimensional checks using Polyworks software.
* Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to verify component accuracy.
* Document inspection results and report any non-conformances.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Composite Inspector within motorsport, aerospace, or similar high-performance industries.
* Strong proficiency in Polyworks for 3D measurement and analysis.
* Solid understanding and application of GD&T principles.
* Ability to work across any shift pattern, including weekdays and weekends.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Desirable
* Familiarity with Absolute arms and Lica trackers
* Previous experience in Formula One or elite motorsport environments.
