CLEANER
Pay Range: Local Government Pay Scale 1, Point 2

The Role
We are seeking an outstanding cleaner to join our friendly team. In this role, you will undertake cleaning within the school using various methods, including machinery, while adhering to safety regulations.
Hours Available
Monday to Friday: 15:10 – 20:00
This post is 10 hours per week, 42 weeks per year (term time, plus non-pupil days and 3 weeks during school closure periods).

Some of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Carrying out cleaning in all areas of the school.
* Performing cleaning as directed by procedures and codes.
* Assisting with locking and unlocking school buildings and rooms.
* Replacing roller towels, renewing toilet roll supplies, and replacing bin liners as necessary.
* Assisting with cleaning up after break-ins or vandalism.
* Helping to clear snow and ice from paths and entrances in emergencies.
* Undertaking training in the correct use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, and health and safety procedures.
* Applicants must be able to use general cleaning products and follow instructions.
