Lead Building Regulation Principal Designer
A Construction Consultancy is seeking a Lead Building Regulation Principal Designer to manage large‑scale Building Surveying and Project Management led projects. The role is hybrid, based primarily in the office, with a clear bonus structure.
The Role
• Ensure Building Regulation compliance
• Guide clients through the Gateway process
• Manage the existing pipeline and grow client relationships
The Person
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in an Architectural, Design or Building Control role
• Membership in ARB, MCIAT, RIBA, MCABE or MCIOB
• Registration as a Principal Designer with RIBA, CIAT or APS is advantageous
