The ideal candidate will possess between 1 – 5 years of experience in the following areas:
* Wills
* Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Trusts advice
* Probate administration
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including the drafting of wills and trusts.
* Advising clients on all aspects of estate planning, including tax considerations.
* Administering estates and guiding clients through probate processes.
* Providing clear and practical advice on LPAs and their implications.
Required Skills and Experience
* 1 – 5 years of experience in private client work.
* Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
* Strong organisational and case management abilities.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
