An excellent opportunity for an experienced Fabric Engineer/Multi skilled handyperson in Stoke:On:Trent. You will join the Mobile division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out on one multiple sites. This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hours per week.

Duties / Responsibilities
* The purpose of this role is to carry out non:technical repairs and minor PPMs in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites.
* Plumbing repairs
* PPMs and reactive maintenance
* Buidling maintenance
* Multi skilled person
* Legionella level 2
* Hot and Cold water systems
* Water Flushing
* Fire Alarm testing
* Basic lighting Maintenance
* Fixing lights
* Unblocking toilets
* Manholes
* Plumbing Duties
* Fixings Roof Leaks
* Door Frames
* Flooring Repairs
* Changing Lights
* Fixing leaks
* Water temperature checks
* All aspects of building maintenance within the facilities
