Job Title: Workshop Controller
Location: Brislington

Salary: £34,000 £36,000 Basic | OTE £42,000 £44,000
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a busy automotive site working across both cars and vans.
This is anoff-the-tools role, ideal for someone with strong workshop or aftersales experience looking to step into a more coordination and control-based position.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am 6:00pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily flow of work through the workshop
- Allocating jobs to technicians efficiently
- Ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard
- Liaising with service advisors and parts teams
- Maintaining high levels of customer service and productivity
- Supporting both car and van operations
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in a workshop or automotive environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
- A proactive and reliable approach
- Motor trade experience preferred
