We are looking for Bank Care Assistants to join our expanding team at White Lodge, our residential home in East Preston, near Littlehampton.
Hours: BANK hours
We are unable to provide Tier 2 sponsorship at this time
As a Care Assistant you will be:
* Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
* Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
* Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
* Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
* Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
More about you:
* Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;

Package:
* £11.44 p/h weekdays £12.01 p/h Weekends. Upon completion of probation, pay increases to £11.75 p/h Weekdays and £12.33 p/h Weekends.
