This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in legal operations, casework delivery, or service coordination, especially within regulated or professional services environments. As a Legal Services Operations Manager, you will: Oversee the allocation of internal and external presenting officers for hearings Act as the operational lead for external legal providers, ensuring progress, performance, and escalation as needed Monitor and report on case progression, performance trends, and team outputs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure hearings and legal work are scheduled and managed efficiently Drive continuous improvement across processes and workflows Contribute to recruitment, complaints response, and project delivery where required What we’re looking for: Experience working in legal, regulatory, or case management operations Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple workflows Confident using data to identify issues, report performance, and inform decisions Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently Educated to degree level or with equivalent relevant experience What we offer: A newly created role with the chance to shape the function Collaborative and mission-led environment Clear progression pathway with potential for future line management Flexible hybrid working 30 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays) and pension scheme
